SHIPPING POLICY

We want your experience at Artifackt to be as enjoyable as possible.

We stand behind everything we make and place as high a value on customer service as we do our products. 

 

Fulfillment:

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

You will be notified of any fulfillment delays we are experiencing.

 

Shipping times are indicative and standard shipping services are sent through USPS. Transit times range from 1 - 9 days depending on your location within the United States. We currently only ship domestically, that will change in the future but for now, we are sorry.

 

Make sure you enter the correct postal address at the checkout. Once the order has been received and processed we cannot make any adjustments. You will be charged the standard shipping rate to resend the returned package. We don’t take any responsibility for packages that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete customer details. If you nominate an alternate delivery address or person i.e. colleague at your workplace, please make sure the nominated person is aware of the delivery. We don’t take any responsibility for packages once that are marked as delivered by USPS.

 

We do not ship orders on weekends US Holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day where possible. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel cannot be left at the delivery address provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us.   

Due to the handmade nature of our products we have a limited return policy.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If by chance you are not, 

please reach out to us and we will work with you to rectify the issue that suits both parties.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return post; therefore I recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service to return items. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

In cases of loss, damage or fault, repair, replacement or refund will be offered according to circumstances.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please take a photograph of the damaged item and upload it

in the return request.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the handmade nature of our items, certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty + bath products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
